Allie Gash

President 

Allie is a local to Ardmore, having graduated from Plainview and returning to the area in 2022. She is the owner of Moon Media Marketing, Back to Balloons, and The Yard, an outdoor venue. With a background in entrepreneurship and marketing, she helps businesses grow through strategic content, branding, and digital presence. Passionate about supporting local businesses and building community, Allie is dedicated to creating meaningful connections both online and in real life.

When she isn’t working, Allie enjoys spending time with her family, taking quick road trips, eating good food, and creating fun memories.

Victoria Chapman Strate

Vice President 

Victoria Strate is an entrepreneur and designer with roots in cattle ranching and a deep appreciation for hard work, family, and community. Raised in an agricultural environment, she developed a strong foundation in responsibility and resilience, and continues to stay actively involved by managing accounting for her family’s cattle ranch as well as Nonna’s Bookseller.

She is the founder of a growing apparel brand focused on elevated, functional outerwear for modern women, blending utility with thoughtful design. Her work reflects her belief in creating pieces that support real life—balancing career, family, and personal identity.

Victoria is passionate about building meaningful connections, supporting other women, and contributing to her local community.

Summer Willis

Treasurer

Summer Willis is a seasoned retail professional with 14 years of industry experience, including a decade driving success in senior leadership roles. Currently applying her expertise as a Store Manager at Walmart, Summer is known for her operational leadership and commitment to excellence. Deeply invested in giving back, she spends her additional time volunteering in the community and serves on various boards, including the Ardmore Young Professionals. Outside of her bustling career and civic involvement, her greatest joy is her family. She is a proud wife to a phenomenal husband, a dedicated mother to six children, and shares her happy home with two dogs.

Lorraine S. Acevedo-Cardona

Secretary 

Lorraine Acevedo-Cardona serves as the Integrated Health and Social Care Director for Mercy Hospital Ardmore and Ada, where she leads efforts to assess community health and social needs and develop programs that strengthen the overall wellbeing of the Ardmore community for the last 5 years. Before joining Mercy, Lorraine spent seven years in the public health sector, including six years with the Oklahoma State Department of Health as an Emergency Response Coordinator, and briefly as a Health Inspector. Originally from Puerto Rico, Lorraine earned her bachelor’s degree in Biological Sciences from Florida International University in Miami and later completed her Master of Public Health at the Ponce School of Medicine & Health Sciences in Puerto Rico. Outside of her professional life, she has been married for 13 years and is the proud mother of two children, ages 3 and 10. She enjoys spending time at the beach or the lake and loves settling in with a good book

Alex basaj

Sports Chair | AYP Board Member at large

Grew up on the shores of Lake Michigan, graduated with a Bachelor's in Mechanical Engineering from Michigan Tech. Moved to Ardmore in 2022 to become Quality Engineer and Supervisor of the EJ - Ardmore Foundry in the Ardmore Industrial Airpark.

Likes to spend his free time making questionable financial choices on car and motorcycle projects.

I am a dedicated professional and lifelong learner with a strong foundation in business and analytical expertise. I earned my Bachelor of Science from East Central University, followed by a Master of Business Administration from Southeastern Oklahoma State University, and a Master of Science from Duke University. These academic experiences have equipped me with the knowledge and skills to excel in data-driven decision-making and organizational performance.

Currently, I serve as a Financial Performance Analyst Il for the Chickasaw Nation, where I focus on evaluating financial outcomes, improving operational efficiency, and supporting strategic initiatives.

Outside of my professional life, I am deeply committed to my family. I am married to my high school sweetheart, and together we are raising four children. My family is my greatest source of motivation and pride, and they continue to inspire my personal and professional growth every day.
